Our Healthy Woman program is a free community resource designed to empower women with the knowledge and confidence to make informed healthcare and well-being decisions for themselves and their loved ones. You will be invited to our monthly health seminars and events, and receive regular email communication. Designed by women, for women, our program will arm you with the abilities to take charge of your health and the health of your family.

The doors will open at 5 p.m. and there will be a time for networking as well as a vendor/health fair until 5:45 p.m.  Dinner by Nessa's will be served at 6 p.m. with a Fashion Show by local vendors beginning at 6:20 p.m.  Dale Smith Thomas will begin speaking at 7 p.m. and we will conclude with door prizes. 

The menu includes Spinach Salad w/raspberry walnut dressing, Grilled Chicken Breast, Green Beans, Party Potatoes, Yeast Rolls, Dessert and Tea, Water or Coffee
