Pricing Transparency
We are happy to follow CMS (Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services) guidelines that require all hospitals to make available a list of standard charges (sometimes called a Chargemaster List) for products and services provided at the facility. Healthcare pricing can be confusing because there are so many variables. Do you have insurance coverage or not? If you do, who is your insurance provider? What plan do you have with that provider? The questions can go on, and on. For those who don’t have insurance coverage, we developed the Simple+Price plan and it offers a single price for common imaging and lab tests, when paid up-front.
