Welcome to DeKalb Regional Medical Center, a 134-bed not-for-profit, community hospital located in beautiful Fort Payne, Alabama. We are the major provider of healthcare services for residents of DeKalb County and adjacent communities in western Georgia. Established in 1986 by the DeKalb County Hospital Association, DeKalb Regional joined the Huntsville Hospital Health System in April 2024. HH Health System is a network of 14 community hospitals that serve as the healthcare safety net for the Tennessee Valley region.
